The atmosphere at the thank you meeting organized by a chieftain of All Progressives Congress in Ilawe Ekiti Hon Olatunji Amondi was just like carnival like as the people exchanged pleasantries and also celebrate the victory of Biodun Oyebanji with enthusiasm.
Addressing the gathering the Chairman of Ekiti South West Local government Hon Richard Apolola challenged them to redouble thier effort in the task ahead.
Contributing the General women leader of APC in the council Mrs Abiodun Oladapo and member of Ark of BAO Mr Jerome Olatunji from ogotun Ekiti said the victory of Biodun Oyebanji has further attested to the popularity of APC in Ekiti
Another leader from igbara odo ekiti Mr Thomas Ayeye and the councilor representing ogotun in ekiti south west legislative arm Hon oluwadare Abiodun spoke on the need for party faithful not to relax but ensure thier commitment in all ramifications
Mr Oladiran Fadipe who is the State Co-ordinator of Ark of BAO was happy that Biodun Abayomi oyebanji won the poll which had further justified the untiring effort of members across the state before during and after.
The convener of the first of its kind meeting after the Governorship election Mr Olatunji Amondi said the thank you meeting was in line with his earlier promise to appreciate members who were involved in the Gospel of BAO during electioneering.
Mr Amondi therefore promised to continue to do everything possible to unite the party at the local level as part of strategy to make a formidable team in future elections.
