The Ekiti State Governor Mr Biodun Oyebanji says he will continue to support and empower Government agencies for effective service delivery to the people.
The Governor made this known during an inspection tour of the state public works corporation located along Iworoko road Ado-Ekiti.

The Governor who was taken round the various sections of the Corporation by the Director General Mr Wale Fagoyinbo and the state Commissioner for works Mr Sola Adebayo expressed satisfaction with the level of work done at reviving the agency.
He commended the Management of the corporation for repairing all the utility vehicles and equipment which had broken down for long, saying that his government was ready to expand the agency at becoming a company.
The Governor who pronounced a permanent employment for all the casual staff working for the corporation charged all members of staff to take ownership of the equipment, show commitment and do good constructions worthy of recommendation.
He noted that the government would make use of the agency in the construction of 5 kilometer local government roads and other internal roads within the state, warning that anyone found culpable of vandalization and theft would face the full weight of the law
The DG Public Works Corporation, Mr Wale Fagoyinbo who thanked the Governor for the approval of fund for the resuscitation of the agency and its empowerment as well as the employment approval for the casual staff, pledged to justify the effort of the government by doing commendable jobs.
