The Ekiti state Governor Mr Biodun Oyebanji has restated his commitment and concentration to outsourcing and networking for resources towards the development of the state.
The Governor made this known in his Ofiice, Ado Ekiti, while playing host to the leadership and Elders’ Forum of the All Progressives Congress APC Ido Osi Local Government Area.

The meeting facilitated by the Senator Representing Ekiti North Senatorial District Senator Cyril Fasuiyi was to enhance the community engagement and trust building between the administration and members of the party.
Governor Oyebanji who thanked them for the support given him and loyalty to the party said his government was building the culture of respect for party leadership, party supremacy and collective decision making for good governance and democratic rule in the state.
The Governor who availed the opportunity to relate government programs, intentions and efforts with the elders, said his administration had returned power to the party and the people of the state in order to make elected and appointed officers accountable to the electorate.
He assured them that more appointments would be made into boards, commissions and local governments, charging the leaders to send the names of prospective appointees considering the current political configurations in order to ensure balancing.
Earlier the Leader of the delegation, Senator Cyril Fasuyi who lauded the various initiatives and developmental strive of the government noted that the meeting was premised on familiarizing the political faces in the Local government with the Governor.
The Chairman APC elders’ forum in Ido Osi, Chief Adegoroye Olayisade commended Governor for staying connected with the grass root, eradicating poverty and creating opportunities for the citizens.
The delegation declared a vote of confidence in the Governor, promising a continuous support for his administration.
