Accept Tribunal Verdict In Good Faith, Aduloju Urges SDP Candidate, Oni, Congratulates Ekiti Gov., Deputy on Victory

The Senior Special Assistant(SSA) to Ekiti governor on Special duties, Hon. Olufemi Joshua Aduloju has urged Social Democratic Party(SDP) Governorship candidate, Chief Segun Oni to accept the verdict of the election petition tribunal in good faith.

The governor’s aide advised the SDP candidate not to desipate much time in challenging the verdict of the tribunal at the appeal court. He further added that the tribunal had given the best and fair hearing at the judgement, hence the need to accept the political fate of Oyebanji as the Governor in this political dispensation.

Aduloju congratulated the Governor, His Excellency, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji, his deputy, Her Excellency, Chief(Mrs) Monisade Christianah Afuye on their victory at the tribunal. He expressed the confidence that Oyebanji would be magninimous in victory assuring the people that Ekiti would know a positive difference in the next four years.

It will amount to time wasting and selfish interest for Chief Segun Oni to challenge the verdict at the appeal court. I will advise him to accept the judgment in good faith in the interest of Ekiti development.

Let me also use this medium to congratulate His Excellency, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji and his deputy, Her Excellency, Chief(Mrs) Monisade Christianah Afuye on their well deserved victory at the tribunal. It is Lord’s doing and victory for democracy”

The Governor’s aide furthered said that the outcome of the judgement would enable the Governor to concentrate more on how to develop the state and fulfil his electoral promises to Ekiti people.
