BOUESTI MATRICULATES OVER 2000 STUDENTS, VC ADEOLUWA WARNS STUDENTS, STAFF AGAINST INDISCIPLINE.

Over two thousand Students have been matriculated into the three Colleges of Education, Sciences and Technology of the Bamidele Olumilua University Ikere Ekiti (BOUESTI.

Speaking after the administration of oath on the Matriculants, the Acting Registrar, Mrs Biodun Moomoh warned against indiscipline and truancy. She said the that the University Management had zero tolerance for Examination Malpractice and social vices.

In his remarks, the BOUESTI Vice Chancellor, Prof Olufemi  Victor Adeoluwa charged the students to be of good conducts and make the best use of the religious, social and sporting facilities provided for them to make learning adventurous for them.

He emphasized that the new University would leave no stone unturned in building creditable reputation in character and learning. According to him, the University is not just a place to read and pass or just mingle, but a place to be tutored on how best to handle issues of life.

Adeoluwa also warned stuff members against acts that could earn them serious penalty. He said, the management would not be kind on anyone found wanting of sexual harassment, bribery, corruption, falsification and other acts which could tarnish the image of the school.

The JAMB registrar Prof Ishaq Oloyede who was represented by the Ekiti State Coordinator Mr Hakeem congratulated the students for making the list of the second set to bee matriculated  while he commended the leadership of the University for keeping academic activities despite the ongoing national strike of ASUU.

Some of the Matriculants  who were enthusiastic of their been bonafide Campus guys, Babatunde Precious, Ajewole Precious among others expressed satisfaction at the facilities provided for their social relations and academic growth.

They promised to abide by the rules and regulations of the school while they pursue excellence in their academics.
