The Ekiti state governor-elect, Mr Biodun Oyebanji has begun his thank to local governments across the state.

The tour took him and his team to traditional rulers and the people of the council areas visited. The first day of the tour took the governor-elect’s entourage to Ikole, Oye and Ilejemeje local government areas.

Mr Oyebanji noted that the tour was to show appreciation to the for their support during the last month’s governorship election that gave him and his deputy victory.

He thanked the royal fathers for the sustainability of peace in their domains before, during and after the election, promising that his administration would prioritize their welfare the more

The chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State, Mr Paul Omotosho, thanked the people of the various local governments visited for their support that ensured the victory of the party at the poll.
