The Ekiti State Governor governor Kayode Fayemi has assured the people of Ado-Ekiti that the state capital would witness massive infrastructural development as the in coming administration would consolidate his achievements.
Dr Fayemi who gave the assurance at the udiroko festival held at the Ewi’s palace said that the benefits of contineuty in governance would be witness in Ekiti as his successor Mr Biodun Oyebanji will not abandoned any project initiated by his administration.
He revealed that the in coming administration would commence the construction of ring roads in the state capital and also extend Ado Iyin dual carriage road to Aramoko Ekiti.
The governor maintained that he will be leaving a legacy that would remain indelible in the heart of the people of the state at the expiration of his tenure in October 16.
According to the governor, his administration had provided infrastructural facilitates that would enhance socio economic activities of the state
Governor Fayemi rejoiced with the Ewi, oba Rufus Adejugbe on the celebration of this year’s udiroko festival and promised that he would continue to give necessary support to promote the cultural festival.
The festival was attended by the deputy governor, Otunba Bisi Egbeyemi, the wife of the governor Erelu Bisi Fayemi and the governor elect Mr Biodun Oyebanji.
