The Ekiti State Governor Dr. Kayode Fayemi has paid a condolence visit to the palace of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III on the demise of the revered monarch of the Yoruba Race.
The Ekiti State helmsman who described the late Oba Adeyemi as a philosopher king, a bridge builder, a patriot and courageous leader, said that he contributed greatly to the unity of Nigeria in his lifetime.
Governor Fayemi Prayed that the the soul of the late Oba finds rest and that God grants the family the fortitude to bear his irreparable departure.
