Promises quality representation and changing the negative narratives
The Senate aspirant of the Social Democratic Party to represent Ekiti North Senatorial District in the 2023 general election PrincessTitilayo Owolabi Akerele has submitted her Expression of Interest and Nomination form to the state Party Secretariat in Ado Ekiti.
Receiving the form from the Aspirant, the Party Chairman Dr. Ekunola described the former Member House of Assembly as an experience Parliamentarian whose records speak volume and can be trusted with power.
Dr Ekunola noted that the aspirant had dinstinguished herself with track records of philantropy, loyalty, hospitality, humanitarian service and community development hence no doubt in her capability.
Princess Titilayo Owolabi Akerele Who was accompanied by party faithfuls thanked the leadership of the party for recognizing her efforts and giving a level playing ground for contestants to thrive without any imposition or discrimination.
She assured the people of EKiti North Senatorial District that she would embark on a total overhauling in the development of the the area in order to change the political narratives of electorate neglect witnessed in the area.
She emphasized her commitment to women empowerment, Students oriented programmes and initiatives, aides for farmers, Entreprenueral and Artisans and other businesses in the private sectors.
Princess Owolabi Akerele called for more supports to ensure victory for the SDP Governorship Candidate of Chief Segun Adebayo Oni saying that it was important to salvage the state from further political degeneration.
Other party members at the event including Mrs Cecilia Ebiesuwa expressed confidence in the aspiration of Mrs Akerele saying that her candidature guarantees victory for the party in the forthcoming elections.
