The Speaker of Ekiti Youth Parliament, Rt. Hon Toba Fatunla has called on the youth citizens of the state to deploy their potentials rightly in order to fashion abetter society.
Speaking at a program jointly organized by Ekiti Youth Parliament and the Ayetoro community youths in Ido-Osi Local Government, in commemoration of International Youth Day of Women and Girls in Science, the youth leader emphasized that the Niigerian society would be better only if youths channel their energy on the right goals.
At the program were the representatives selected from across all the private and public Schools within the town along with many community youths.

Fatunla reiterated the need for the current generation to rise to the occassion of salvaging the society from further.
In his words” we can not afford to fail. You must choose a better path; that in the future, it’s either you rejoice or regret, make it or miss it. Look inward towards being self-reliant and a focus on education as a panacea to unemployment.
He charged all the girl children not to succumb to distractions urging them to be creative to change their world for the better.
Fatunla called on government at all levels to take quality education as priority while commending the First Lady of Ekiti Eru Bisi Fayemi for doing so well in the area of girls development. 
The youth Speaker commended the clerk of the third youth parliament Miss Oluwakemisola Dosunake and the Ayetoro Youths for the initiative, as he urged other youths in different cimmunities in the state to take a cue of the laudable moves.
