The trial of civil actions in the High Courts across Ekiti State shall be discontinued from Monday, 11th day of April, 2022.
According to Ekiti State Chief Judge, Justice John Adeyeye, the discontinuation notice is under Order 45 Rule 4 (B) of the Ekiti State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rule, 2020 tagged Easter Recess.
The release made available to the press from office of Ekiti State Chief Judge indicated that resumption for normal court activities shall commence from Monday, 25th April, 2022.
