The Management of the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) has appealed to the residents of four communities in Ikere Ekiti to bear with them on the current power outage experienced in the areas.
A statement signed by the Management of the Disco and made available to the press by the Corporate Affairs Manager, Mr Ilori Kayode Brown explained that one of the supplying cables on the Saint Luke’s Transformer got burnt recently which had subdued residents of Owalemisoro, Oja Oba Palace, a part of Adunogbon and Cele areas of the town to power outage. 
He assured BEDC customers that electricity would be restored in no distant time as the Disco is committed to effective service delivery and utmost customers’ satisfaction
