Bola Ahmed Tinubu Solidarity Vanguard, BATSV, Global Chairman, Ambassador Dr Dare Owotomobi has approved the appointment of Laolu Ransome Omosilade as Head Media Committee, Ekiti State.

A seasoned journalist, Omosilade hails from Afao – Ekiti in the Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government Area of Ekiti State and was a former RATTAWU Chairman in the State.

He was also a former Director of Programs (Television/Radio), former Director of Research and Planning in the Broadcasting Services of Ekiti State,BSES.

According to a statement issued by theSpecial Assistant on Media to the Global Chairman, Abuja, Jimmy Nanyark Lar, Mr Laolu Omosilade is coming onboard with his wealth of experience as a former State Chairman of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, NUJ, in Ekiti State and has served as Chairman BAO Sub-Committee on Electronic Media (Campaign Committee Team).

This appointment, according to Dr Owotomobi, takes immediate effect.
