The Executive Chairman of Ifeloju Local Council Development Area, Ilupeju Ekiti , comrade Babatunde Ogunmilugba has rejoiced with Muslims in Ekiti State particularly, faithfuls in the area on the occasions of the 2022 Eid- El- Fitri.
In a statement made available to journalists through his aide, Comrade Law Ibitoye, Ogunmilugba lauded the peaceful coexistence among residents of the area without any religious crisis.
The LCDA boss observed that said the celebration which marked the end of thirty days Ramadan fasting in accordance with Allah commandment worth celebrating by the Muslim ummahs.

He urged believers to abide by the lessons of Ramadan which he listed as sacrifice, perseverance, prayer, forgiveness and help to the needy in the society. Ogunmilugba emphasized the need for religious tolerance for harmonious relationship and peaceful coexistence saying that bigots have been successful in using religion as a tool for division in theme Nigerian society.
In the meantime the Chairman has also congratulated workers of Ifeloju LCDA on the occasion of this year’s May Day. He affirmed that the achievements of the LCDA boss was as a result of the understanding, co-operation and cordial relationship between the chairman and his workers necessitated the increment in the LCDA IGR, the cultivation of large farm produce: such as yam, cassava, cashew,maize , cocoa and host of others for commercials.
The Chairman appreciated all the workers of the LCDA for their dedication, diligence, resilience, sacrifice and commitment to duties which has positioned the LCDA well among other local governments in Ekiti state despite its establishment few months ago
